A little background…

Holly McCaig is a photographer and graphic designer living in the St. Louis area. And while she calls Missouri home, she grew up a Navy brat in the south.

In 1991, Holly enrolled at Georgia Southern University where she studied printing management and was a photographer for the newspaper and quarterly magazine. Holly moved to St. Louis in 1995 where she attended Hickey College and graduated with a graphic design degree.

Design…

Holly has a diverse background in the design industry, having worked in marketing, screen-printing and presentation development. She also worked as a supervisor and instructor at Archiver’s, a large chain scrapbooking store.

She is a skilled digital designer and has run several web sites, including The Digi Chick, Plain Digital Wrapper and My Digital Muse. Holly’s designs have been featured in many publications, including Memory Makers and Simple Scrapbooks. She was even a guest designer for the popular book, Digital Designs in Scrapbooking by Renee Pearson.

Holly also served on the inaugural board for Digital Scrapbooking, a Simple Scrapbooks magazine.

While digital scrapbooking is her passion, you can also find Holly’s designs in the traditional scrapbooking world. She was a designer for Bo Bunny Press and is currently the primary product line designer for Pink Paislee, LLC.

Photography…

Holly pairs her love of dogs with a keen photographer’s eye to capture those precious pooch moments for The Little Dog Smiles. She is an active member of the ASPCA.

Running Pink Ink Studios allows Holly to share her business experience with other photographers. She involves her fellow design and photography friends to create a well-rounded business resource.

The end…

Holly works out of her suburban St. Louis home where she lives with her two rat terriers, Jack and Daisy, whom she adopted after her beloved Merlin passed away.

In her “free” time (if you could call it that), Holly enjoys anything pink, Maroon 5 and painting pop art on canvas.

You can find some of her photography and art for sale in her Etsy store.
